Member Outreach & Engagement Coordinator

Shared Capital Cooperative is hiring a Member Outreach and Engagement Coordinator. Key accountabilities include:

• Provide consistent and excellent customer service to members, investors and partners..
• Develop and manage effective marketing and outreach tools, including social media, website, newsletters and annual reports.
• Provide logistical support and coordination for the volunteer Board of Directors and Committees.
• Work with staff and board to enhance communication of the organization’s vision and brand to multiple audiences.
